2. What Happens Next?
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:

- We may notify the user or content creator of the takedown and provide a copy of your complaint.
- That user may submit a counter-notice if they believe the content was wrongly removed.
3. Submitting a Counter-Notice
If your content has been removed due to a DMCA complaint and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notification that includes:
- Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of the content that was removed and the URL at which it appeared.

- A statement that: “I consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which my address is located, or if outside the United States, that I consent to jurisdiction in any judicial district in which the blog owner may be found, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.”

4. Repeat Infringers
